This is a magnificent porcelain bowl with handles and inlaid decoration. Doug now makes a completely different body of work. I admire him in many ways, but his willingness to move on from one successful idea to another is high on the list.

Doug Peltzman is a potter living and working in Shokan, NY. His overarching goal as a maker is to craft ceramic objects that tell a story and serve as a conduit for conversation, interaction, and celebration.
